Application

Within an active case the screen contains 3 areas. On the left the sections are displayed. The middle section is the Application, where you will enter information. On the right are the Case Details.

Sections

The Sections pane shows you every section that could be part of the case. Sections appear with a white background if they are active, gray if they are inactive.

Jump backwards in an application at any point by clicking on the Section name, or using the Previous button to move backward one section at a time.

You can only move forward in a case by completing all required questions in a section and selecting Next.

On the final section the Next button will be replaced with Submit. Click Submit to complete the case.

Case Details

The case details pane shows information about the case. It will be populated as you begin to enter information into the case. The Case Details pane can be collapsed at any point by clicking the X next to Case Details.

The window can be reopened by clicking Case Details.

If you have integrations with other systems (your agent portal, USPS, etc.) the status of the integration will also appear in the Case Details. When an integration runs the Case Details pane may automatically expand.
