All cases can be reviewed on the Case Summary. If a Case Transcript or Voice Recording was created they would also be available on the Case Summary. Access the Case Summary for the desired case by clicking on the case row on the DASHBOARD, MY CASES , or CASE MANAGER.
The Case Transcript is available on the Documents tab. Click the download icon to generate a PDF file. Additional documents will be available depending on the specific client configuration.
The Call Recording is available on the Call List tab. Call recordings are uploaded shortly after the call is completed.
Please note: Different roles will have different access to menus and documents. If you believe you are missing access to a function please reach out to the Help Desk at HelpDesk@Agenium.ai Also, there are two versions of the case summary so screenshots may appear slightly different at times.
