Pause or Cancel a Case

At any point you’re entering information you can exit case. You can do so by

1. Selecting Exit Application at the bottom of the screen
2. Signing out of Agenium at the top right
3. Navigating back to the Dashboard from the Menu at the top left
4. Closing your browser.

You will be prompted to Save & Exit which will change the case status to On Hold or to Discard the Application. If you choose to Discard you will be asked to give a reason and the case status will change to Cancelled. An on hold case can be reopened at any point to complete.

If you do not wish to exit a case you can always click on cancel which will take you back to the active case.
