Step 1:
To begin a new case select START APPLICATION.
Step 2:
Click once on the account you want to create a new case in. (Depending on your role you may only have access to one account.)
The case isn’t officially created until the first question is filled out. Until the case is officially created you can select Back to get out without creating a case.

Step 3:
Complete the Order Section
Enter information regarding the agent, product, and applicant.
Phone Numbers
MRS and Agenium calls the first phone number within 24 hours of receiving the order, even if that interferes with Best Time to Call and Notes on Call Availability.
Interpreter needed
If MRS or Agenium needs to provide a Spanish interpreter please indicate this in the order. This will assign the case to a Spanish speaking rep.
Step 4:
Complete the Order by clicking Submit.
This final step ensures the order is queued up for MRS or Agenium to call out on.
After submitting the case the Case Summary will give you an opportunity to review the case and note the case number.
