The dashboard on the Agenium Platform is used to search for any case you have access to. From here, you can view more specific data bout each of these cases.

Functionality
You can use the following search methods to find a case:
- Case Number
- Policy Number / Certificate Number
- Applicant Name (Search using first OR last name)
- Agent Name (Search using first OR last name)
- Agent ID
- Case Creation Date
Once you enter your search criteria, you are able to sort the results list for each column. Double click to reverse sort.

Case Number | Numeric, highest to lowest |
DOB | Oldest to newest, with blank first |
Case Created | Oldest to newest |
Agent ID | Blank values first, followed by numbers lowest to highest, followed by letters alphabetically |
Search Results
When the system displays a list of results based on your search criteria, you can hover over any part of a case’s details, and the case will darken to a darker shade of grey. Click anywhere in the gray bar to select that case. Once you select that case, the system will take you to the case summary screen for that case.
Click on the arrow icon to open the Case Summary in a new browser tab.
Configuration
Dashboard cannot currently be configured. The settings based on user profile are either view (permission to view) or none (user is restricted from viewing the dashboard) for this system component.
