The Roles Page:
Depending on a user's role they may have access to the role's page available from the main menu on the lefthand side bar. This page displays all available User Roles that can be assigned. You may have access to click on a User Role to view the specific security permissions. To request changes to a user’s access email Helpdesk@Agenium.Ai
Depending on the clients needs new user roles may be created depending on the needs. All changes to a role will effect every user that is assigned to it, regardless of account access.
Role Descriptions:
Admin Role:
This role has the highest level permissions. It has access to change permissions on other roles and has access to the system page. Users with this role have full access the front end of the Agenium platform. They have access to all case summary options as well as reporting options. The Admin role also has full access to configure accounts, make new accounts, create/edit users and adjust their permissions.
*For security, this role is only available to internal Agenium users, and is highly restricted.*
Business Analyst Role:
The Business Analyst role is used by internal Agenium configurators. The role has permissions to access all case summary options and reports. Business Analysts have full access to configure accounts make new accounts, and create and edit users.
Configurator Role:
This role is used mostly by external client configurators. Users will have access to all case summary features, reports and the ability to configure accounts that have been created and shared with them. Configurators do not have access to the users or role pages at this time.
Supervisor Role:
This role is intended for internal Agenium or MRS supervisors who oversee other users in the system. They have the ability to access case manager and have access to all case summary options including documents and billing. Supervisors have access to view the UW tab on case summary but do not have permissions to make changes to the UW label. They can also change case status from pending to submitted. Supervisors can also manually mark cases as done.
*This role is similar to the Client Supervisor role which is used by external clients*
CSR Role:
This role typically is given to internal Agenium or MRS CSRs and has slightly less permissions than the Supervisor Role. CSRs can start cases, put them on hold and mark them as done. CSRs have access to case manager as well as some reports. CSRs can NOT see case XML or application documents on the case summary page.
*This role is similar to the Client CSR role which is used by external clients*
Underwriter Role:
This role is used by underwriters. Underwriters have access to case manager and most tabs on the case summary. This role has permissions to make changes to UW decisions on the UW tab and can mark cases as done. They have limited access to reports and billing tabs and reports.
Client Supervisor Role:
This role is used by external clients. Client Supervisors can view some reports and have access to the my cases and dashboard pages. They can also view the case summary and case details. Client Supervisors will also have access to the UW tab on the case summary but will not be able to change the UW decision label.
Client CSR Role:
This role is used by external clients. Client CSRs can start applications, view the case summary and have access to both the My Cases and Dashboard pages. Client CSRs are also able to view application documents,
Agent Role:
This role is used by external agents. Agents have more limitations than a client supervisor or CSR. Agents can start cases and have access to view their cases on the my cases page. They are also restricted to only interacting with their own cases.
Read Only Role:
This role is the second most limited role in the Agenium Platform. The Read Only role cannot start cases. This role is used to view case summaries and some reports.
No Access Role:
This role is the most limited role on the platform. The No Access role cannot start cases, view any case summaries or documents.
