Use My Cases to access any case that you created. You can sort on any of the columns and we also recommend using the Filter Cases search box. Filter by Applicant Name or Case status if you don’t know the particular Case Number.
Note that the Policy Number may always be blank if you aren’t issuing policy numbers from Agenium, or using virtual mapkeys to populate the case details
From MY CASES you can jump to the Case Summary for any case by clicking anywhere on the row. For cases that have a Status of Pending Submission you can restart the case in a new tab using the button.
With the Agent role, clicking on a case automatically restarts the case. The user is not taken to the Case Summary.
