A notification is sent to the Team Admins when an Underwriter or Case Manager

Supervisors can see their team's availability on a calendar.

Continued enhancements are being added to the Notes on Sidebar feature. This feature is available to be toggled on in Stage for testing.

PURL Event
A new System Event allows actions based on pURL max attempts being reached. Maximum attempts can be set under Settings -> Personal URL. Currently the screen displays an error. With the new system event you can configure the system to send a webhook, email or text message with additional communication on how to proceed. This could be used to notify applicants, agents, or drive follow up actions by call centers or underwriters.

Organize your users into teams for improved case assignment and workload distribution. Create and manage teams through the new Teams menu, assign members with appropriate permissions, and track active cases per team.
Key capabilities:
- Create teams with unique names per client
- Assign team members based on role permissions
- View team metrics including active cases and member count
- Search and filter teams on the Teams landing page
Required permissions: Three new role-based permissions control team access:
- Manage Teams - Create and edit teams
- View Teams - View team information
- Available as Team Member - Be assigned to teams
SLA Tracking by Business Days
Track service level agreements more accurately by excluding weekends from SLA calculations. Configure virtual mapkeys to calculate business days (Monday-Friday only) for queue time tracking, giving underwriters better visibility into actual working time remaining.
Use cases:
- Prioritize cases by business days remaining
- Improve underwriter efficiency with accurate sorting
- Exclude weekends from SLA end date calculations
Open Documents in New Tab
Quickly view documents and attachments in separate browser tabs for easier comparison and reference. A new button on document and attachment tables lets you open files in a new tab without leaving your current case view.

Timer Triggered Events
System Actions can be configured to run based on timed intervals. This allows actions such as reminder emails, webhook updates, and automatically marking cased Done. For more details see Timer Triggered Events.
Workbench - Cosigner Updates
Updates were made to allow cosigners and users on distribution to be selected in the runtime.
Expose Recording File Name in XML
The recording file details can now be included in the XML. This allows xml validation of a recording as well as matching to file names in a zipped folder.

Workbench: Ingest 3rd Party Integration Attachments
Irix, MIB, and MVR reports can now be attached to a particular requirement when added to a case, based on the attachment tag. The tags are
- External_IRIX_Result
- External_LexisNexisMVR_Result
- External_MIB_Result
This will attach them to an integration requirement set up as a Post Action in the Application.
Workbench: Improvements and bug fixes
Fixes were made to automatically remove users from case distribution if their account is deactivated, as well as to address an issue when a case was unassigned and reassigned to a user.
Answer Type Support for MM/YYYY Date Format
Date Answer types now have a variable for MM/YYYY formatting.

Workbench: Configurable My Cases Queue
A toggle removes My Cases from the left hand menu and makes My Cases a tab on the Configurable Case Manager. This allows Workbench clients to customize the columns and have users working out of a single screen.
Workbench: Special Auth Notes
Special Auth updates from Parameds.com will no longer add notes to the Underwriting Notes section. Notes will still appear on the requirement, on Case Notes, and on the Underwriting Notes document.
LexisNexis Instant ID PDF
A PDF report is now available along with Instant ID results

The current release will be deployed to Stage Thursday, February 13th. It will be deployed to Production Thursday, Feb 20th at 10:00pm CST.
User Utility
The Edit User function is now a popup modal instead of appearing as a right window pane utility. This helps to set the tool up for future User management improvements. The utility was also updated so the page navigation footer is now sticky, so it should always appear under normal resolutions.

The current release contains bug fixes as well as updates to customer integrations.
