SDK Improvements
The SDK was expanded to further support Repeat Blocks and Reflexive questions on Multi-Choice Multiple Answer question types.
Workbench Requirements
Integration Requirements now support adding subtitles.
Workbench Case Manager
Date fields will now sort chronologically. They previously were sorting alphabetically.
Case Transmission Improvements
Performance improvements were made to prevent backups on Case Package transmissions.

Deliver Documents as Part of Email Event
Event Emails can now pull Case Documents as attachments to the emails.
The Attach Documents link brings up a list of all PDF Document types to select from. When the event is triggered, documents will be regenerated and attached with the email.
System emails are not secure. Do not include any PII in the email body or include attachments with PII. Self-service customers are responsible for ensuring their events don't expose PII.
Manually ordered cases can be updated through Resubmission API
Previously, only API created cases could be updated through the API. Now, a PUT call can be used to make updates to an existing case. Additional there is now a "resubmissionType" element. This can be set to "additive" or "differential". Differential is the default. If you use differential or don't supply a value data will be wiped from any mapkeys not included in the body of your request. Additive will only update the mapkey elements that you send.

Integration Requirements
Previously, when adding an integration to a case as a Post Action the integration would automatically appear as a Requirement in the Underwriting tab.
With the new release integrations will not automatically appear, but they can be configured in Settings -> Workbench.

Automatically Summarize Evidence
A toggle has been added to have a Requirement automatically trigger Summarization when Ordered.
Revisions to Workbench Settings
As part of the above changes the Requirement table has been updated with a fixed header and a better layout to display more Name, Rule and Integration information.
Assign Names to Actions
When adding an Action a custom name can now be added. This name appears throughout the system (Rule and Mapkey screens, Underwriting Workbench Requirements, etc). This allows Actions that are used multiple times to be more easily distinguished (Rx check for Applicant vs spouse, Rate Quote by Premium vs. Face Amount).
VMK Performance
Improvements were made to reduce unnecessary evaluation of virtual mapkeys. This should lead to performance improvements across accounts. This feature is behind a feature toggle and will be rolled out to individual accounts as needed.
Case Manager Evaluation Improvements
A bug was causing the overnight batch job to not re-evaluate all cases for Case Manager queues. Changes to the nightly job will improve performance of this action.

Manual Summarization in the Workbench
Select SUMMARIZE within the Requirements document modal to send an attached document to one of our summarization partners. Contact us if you are interested in learning more about this feature.

Underwriting Notes in Case Notes
Underwriting Notes now appear on the Case Notes tab. Requirement specific notes currently will not appear.
If you're using the Hidden Notes feature, Hidden Notes will not appear in the Case Notes tab.
Redesign of Add Requirement Configuration
Adding a requirement now has a Type selection to select between a Manual requirement and a Section requirement.
The table of active requirements has also been slightly modified to incorporate the new elements.
Associate Underwriting Requirement with Integration
A Manual Requirement can now be associated with certain integrations. This allows Summarization to be ordered on the Requirement Documents.
Update Production MIB Certificate
We had to update a certificate used to authenticate with MIB. This updated certificate is already in place in Production.
Release Notes - 2024-6-6

PURL Login Behavior
A fix was made so that after completing a pURL case a user is signed out from the Applicant user account used to complete the pURL case. This allows for pURL links to be used by Agents and other users with separate user accounts. Previously, the Applicant user would become the active session, prevent the agent or user from accessing the rest of the platform.
Rate Quote and Illustrations
A new integration has been added to retrieve Rates and Illustrations from a third party provider. Contact your account manager or the helpdesk for more information.
Release Notes - 2024-5-23

Underwriter Workbench Efficiency
Manually added requirements can now be marked Completed, without needing to be Ordered or Received. This feature is behind an account toggle. The default behavior of needing to Order and Receive requirements remains in place for all existing accounts.

Document Generation Enhancements
Notification
A new system event "DocGen Complete" can be configured in Events. This allows a webhook or other notification to be sent.
Unsigned Document Endpoints
A new API endpoint allows a client to find signature fields on a Document Envelope. This allows clients to grab documents and complete document signing in other platforms.

Additional enhancements were made to support connections to Agenium through APIs.

Agenium is continuing work on Audit functionality. This feature has been deployed to Production for MRS and Agenium users. Ask the helpdesk or your account manager if you would like to be involved in piloting this feature. New features developed this sprint include:
- Edit an audit name
- Edit an audit goal
- Add new account versions to an existing audit

Audit

Group Cases
While creating an audit, select to group by Assigned To User, Created By User, or Completed By User. This allows Auditors to target specific groups of users when selecting cases from the audit pool.
Select Future Dates
Audit Date ranges can now include future dates.
Refresh
Users with a role including AuditRefresh permission can add cases to an audit by Refreshing. The Refresh will add any new cases to the pool based on new cases, dates, or rule criteria. It will not remove any cases that are already part of the pool.

Audit
Agenium is continuing work on Audit functionality. This feature has been deployed to Production for MRS and Agenium users. Ask the helpdesk or your account manager if you would like to be involved in piloting this feature.
The Audit feature now allows users to select a range within the audit dates. This allows Auditors to filter down and focus on a smaller set of cases. While viewing a filtered date range you can't select additional cases for audit.
When creating a new audit the date range can be based on case Created Date or case Completed Date.
Improved Application Signature Process
For third party signing integrations, performance has been enhanced and messaging improved to reduce issues caused by agents and applicants refreshing active sessions. These features are behind a toggle in Settings and will be rolled out to customers using third party signature features over the next few releases.
