Update Site to Agenium Colors and Logo
The uwpipeline.com url now uses Agenium branding and colors. The sign-in page has the Agenium logo and a white background.
The login page for users not on SSO matches the same look and feel.
The logo and default colors of the system are also updated.
The MRS branding is still available via white labeling at mrs.uwpipeline.com.

Audit Features

Create Audit
An Audit pool can be created by selecting an Account and a rule.
After Submitting the system will identify all cases since the start date, that match the rule. The default setting is to select every 10th case, but this can be edited between 1 and 100.
The Show All toggle varies between showing the whole audit pool or just the selected cases.
Future work will allow users to perform audits and continue to refine the selection process.

Automate Manual Requirements with Rules
A rule can now be attached to a manual requirement. This will automatically add the Requirement to the Underwriting tab with a status of Not Ordered. The rule can be added under Settings -> Workbench.
Feedback Enhancements to Customizable Case Manager Columns
Additional enhancements were made to last release's Customizable Case Manager Columns to improve error messaging and clean up visual indicators. See Configuring Case Manager for full details.

Self Service Case Manager Columns
Users with the ability to configure Case Manaager can now configure Column Settings for each tab of the Case Manager. For each column you can select the type of Mapkey, Selection, Action or Note.
The same mapkey must be used for a column across all accounts. The mapkey doesn't need to exist in all accounts though, you can save the column as long as one account has access to the data. The column would be blank for any cases in the account without the mapkey.
Selection, Action, and Note columns can only be selected a single time.
Multi-select Status Change Event
A new System Event called 'Status Change - Multi-select' allows the configurator to trigger the same Action off of multiple Case Statuses.

Filter Integrations from Requirements List
A ticket can be submitted to hide certain integrations from the Requirements list. By default the MIB Report Back integration is hidden.
Delete Evidence Documents
Deleting an Attachment wasn't removing the requirement to Review the Requirement, preventing cases from being marked Done. This has been fixed.
Refresh Case Summary Sidebar on Requirement Updates
Previously, certain requirement updates that caused Sidebar data to change wasn't being immediately refreshed on the screen.

Execution Log
When using the Process Interview event type for API orders, the system would log each execution step as a separate case note. With this revision users will still see a begin and end event on Case Notes, but all other steps are recorded in the Execution Log, under the STP tab.
This change was made to improve performance, as loading case notes was causing system slowness for customers using the Process Interview event.

On the Settings->Workbench menu you can now associate sections with a manual requirement. This allows a user to launch a section by Ordering the manual requirement.

Preserve focus when switching between tabs
Previously, when navigating between the Application tabs and other tabs the screen would scroll back to the top when returning to Application. With this bug fix the focus will remaining on a selected section or question.

New Requirement Statuses
Statuses of Pending and Cancelled were added to better support workflows.. A cancelled status is meant for cases that are withdrawn or abandoned and the requirement is no longer needed. An underwriter can manually change a requirement to Pending if a Requirement is Completed but requires another review.
Ability to delete Requirements
Requirements that haven't been ordered on a case can be deleted. This is available for manually added requirements. Once a requirement has been ordered it must be waived.

Static List Variants
A list can now have multiple variants that display during a case based on rules. This reduces the need to create separate questions and mapkeys for similar lists, such as states, payment methods, or plan types. For more information see Mapkeys.

Lock Update Decision
If a user is editing the case the Update Decision button will now be disabled, replicating how only one user can edit a case using the Restart Interview button.

Internal Underwriting Notes
A new toggle in Settings allows certain Underwriting Notes to be flagged as internal only. These notes will not get printed on the Attachment PDF that is automatically generated when notes are added. These internal notes are only visible to users with full access to the Underwriting tab.

Requirement mapkeys evaluate overnight
The default mapkeys related to Requirements will now revaluate prior to queue evaluation in overnight processing. This ensures that if a queue is depending on a FollowUpDatePassed rule it will move on the appropriate day.

Show/Hide Rules for Repeat Block Questions
Previously, individual questions within a repeat block did not support Pre-Actions. Now, a Pre-Action will work correctly, as long as the rule being used doesn't contain elements from within the same repeat block.
Search for Sections/Questions
The left hand configuration pane includes a search field. The field searches section titles and question titles. If no question title is defined it will filter on the question mapkey value.
A collapse all button has also been added.

Allow TIFFs in Viewer
Previously, PDFs could be viewed directly, but TIFF files had to be downloaded. TIFFs can now be directly viewed allowing quicker access and better protection of private data.
Include Integration Requirements on PDF
Previously, manual requirements were added to an automatically generated PDF, but automatic integration requirements were excluded. Now, all types of requirements are included.
Configurable New Business Workbench contains information on these and all current workbench features.

Move Questions Between Sections
The Workflow design has been revised with changes including the drag-and-drop icon and trash can only visible on hover, as well as minor design changes.
A feature has been added to allow questions to be moved between sections from the Workflow editor. It is currently toggled off waiting on an additional bug fix.

Multiple Choice Multiple Answer Support for Reflexives
Previously, follow up questions for MCMA answers had to be configured using Show/Hide rules based on the MCMA answer. Now, configurators can use the same reflexive functionality that has been available for Multiple Choice Single Answer.
Updates to Reflexive Interface
- A configurator can now change the order of reflexive questions in both the Left Side Workflow pane and the Question Configuration pane on the right side.
- The Indent Reflexive Questions toggle has been moved down by the reflexive questions.
- A configurator no longer needs to save each reflexive addition AND the question. After adding a reflexive question just save the top level question.
- A new indicator shows which values have reflexive questions as well as a count of the questions.
Improved Configuration Refreshes
Previously, when creating a question and then realizing that a new constant list was required you would need to refresh the screen to have the new list appear. Now, after saving the list on the mapkeys tab the new list will appear automatically.

Requirement dropdown only shows based on requirements existing, instead of a feature toggle
Mark as Reviewed Updates
Changes automatically update requirement status. When marking the final document reviewed the requirement status instantly updates to Completed. When a new document is returned from an integration and hasn’t been reviewed the status will change to Requested.

Call Center
Updates to Caller ID
Customers were reporting that MRS numbers were being blocked because caller id didn't contain a name, just a phone number. We've updated our caller id information for each line to include an abbreviated customer name.

Drag and Drop Enhancements
When moving questions in the configuration tool you can now click anywhere in the Title bar to drag and drop. The landing zone is also more clearly indicated. Finally, if dragging on a large section the dragging function will scroll the page.

The Document utility now has a 'Download Template' button that will download the mapped PDF template or the xml file being used.

Angular version 15 update
Style updates have been made which may cause minor changes in appearance for certain buttons and text in the system. No functionality has changed as a result of this upgrade.
Client Supervisor and Client CSR Role Updates
These two roles now have access to Case Manager. This gives customers with an Underwriting Workbench license full access to the Customizable Case Manager.

Certain Integrations will automatically add as Evidence documents.
Evidence Documents open in Separate Browser
PDF documents now open in a new tab, allowing for an Underwriter to add/edit notes or other information while reviewing a document. This also allows for a document to be moved to a separate display or monitor while reviewing a case.

Style and Formatting Changes
The look of certain interface elements, including errors for integration maximum attempts and invalid beneficiary attempts have been updated. They now appear in a black shaded box with gray text.
The font style on buttons has also been changed.
Rule Usage Visibility
Rules will now have an additional section on their configuration screen to show everywhere that rule is being used. This includes places such as the interview, events and documents. This will allow more visibility which will improve the user experience when interacting with rules. There is also a new blue help text that can be used if there are any places a rule is being used and not showing up on the list.
API Order Submissions Across Versions
API orders sent over now do not need to designate a version. The old version's schema can be used and it will submit and create a new case even if the versions to not match up. The API can also be set up to just create a case using the current active version. This will allow the implementation team and customer success teams to update products without needing the clients to update their API every time.
DocGen V2
DocGen v2 will allow all documents to be created faster. There are also new reporting tools that will allow users to better understand which documents are generating and when errors occur. There is also a stealth mode that will log results of the document generation but will still use v1 to produce documents.

Notify Workbench Requirement Event
A new event can now link integrations to the workbench requirements tab. The process will run in the background and update the requirements tab every time an integration is ran. Updates were also make to the status words regarding the workflow of requirements

Map webhook outputs to mapkeys
The Webhook Event action now includes options to map response outputs to case mapkeys. This allows the configuration to write rules and make changes based on the response from another system. This may allow simple integrations to be set up using the Events tool instead of the Integrations utility.
Sunset Multi Choice Multi Answer v1
It is no longer possible to add a question with an Answer Type of Multiple Choice Multiple Answer. Any existing questions will continue to work, but the v2 option should be used for all questions going forward. MRS will be changing existing configurations that use v1 at some point soon to allow for full deprecation of the original answer type.
Defect: Display Name and Values display consistently
Previously the Edit and Read modes of a List Mapkey had the Display and Value columns in different orders. This has been corrected to avoid confusion.

UI for Configuring Manual Requirement
Manual Requirement types can now be configured under Settings -> Workbench Requirements.
Deleting a value prevents it from being selected but it will still be attached to any existing cases. Requirement types are specific to each version of the account.

Dynamic List Mapkey Type
A new type of mapkey is available to display dynamic options from an integration response. This relies on an integration mapkey where results are returned in a list. For additional information see Creating a Dynamic List.

Long Lived Requirements Document Retrieval
Requirements returned from Long Lived integrations are now attached to the requirement on the Underwriting tab.
Automatic Integration Document Retrieval
Integrations that appear as requirements and where the integration response includes a report will now have the reports available on the Underwriting tab.
Bugs and Issues
Previously the underwriting Integration Status was being overwritten by the requirement status when the requirement status was update. This issue has been resolved.
The Requirement Status appeared as ‘Running’ until the screen was refreshed. Now the status refreshes once the requirement status updates.

Rule Editor improvements
In the Test Rule modal the mapkey name used to be truncated, which caused issues if there were two long mapkeys with similar names. Now, the full mapkey is displayed.
Automatically Cancel Cases Based on Rule
Previously a setting existed to Cancel On Hold cases based on a fixed number of hours or days. There were defects related to this feature where it didn't work in every situation. An update was made to provide additional flexibility using rules to determine when cases are cancelled.
On a regular cadence (currently every hour) the system will evaluate every case (excluding Done and Cancelled) based on the rule. If the rule is true the Case Status is changed to Cancelled and a note is logged.
Underwriting Workbench
Evaluate Follow up Notes based on Date instead of Hour
Follow up dates and times were recalculating to UTC and causing issues with case manager evaluation. With this fix rules use only the month and day to calculate whether a case is due for follow up on a given day.
Update Document Preview on Underwriting Tab
The Document viewer in the Underwriting tab has been updated to match the document viewer on the Documents tab.
Add Case Note when Underwriting Evidence is Attached
A Journal Entry note is automatically created when Evidence is attached to a case on the Underwriting tab.
Bug Fix - Failed Transmission Errors not re-evaluating
Cases that were moved to Error when transmissions failed weren't properly being re-evaluated for the Case Manager. This has been corrected.
