Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

This workflow does not apply to any users who are set up for Single Sign On. 

New users will be prompted to enter a phone number for SMS verification. If they prefer they can select Try another method and choose Google Authentication or other common two factor providers.

Users will then be asked to confirm either by code or approval button, and can choose to stay authenticated for 30 days before they will be prompted for multi-factor confirmation again.

(Note that your browser must allow cookies to store the verification for 30 days)
