Do you offer initial training and provide training material on your system?
Yes! The training provided will directly relate to your needs and products that MRS makes.
Training is provided based on the product and can include a combination of customized walkthrough documents, instructional videos or live virtual trainings.
Depending on the size of your workforce initial training can be provided directly to the end users or a Train-the-Trainer approach can be taken.
Explain how and how frequently training materials are updated and how frequently new software releases are issued.
New updates to the platform are released every two weeks. In most cases, new features are optional and can be integrated if desired but don't immediately impact existing workflows.
Our training team will support updating materials as needed based on updates to the workflow.
Self-Service Clients will be trained on how to navigate the Agenium Help Center which will allow them to stay current on new software updates that will effect them directly.
Are there catalogs, online help or training programs available? Please detail your training approach and specify the relevant content. How much time, on average, will it take to train end users?
For initial product launches any customized training materials created by the Agenium Client Trainer will be given to you. The amount of time to train end users will vary based on their skill level and the complexity of the product.
The Agenium Help Center is the main knowledge base for online articles and information. Currently it is hosted on Zendesk and it is updated regularly.
End users can also reach out to our Help Desk at HelpDesk@Agenium.ai if they run into issues with the platform.
Explain the training resources that will be provided for a new product.
Agenium has a dedicated Client Trainer who will assist in developing customized training plans to meet your needs.
Initial product launch will include end user training that may include: Walkthrough Documentation, Training Videos, or Virtual Trainings. A train-the-trainer option is available depending on the size of your workforce.
If you are pursuing a Self-Service training model there is a three phase training program to train selected users on the No-Code front end of the platform. Training will include a dedicated Client Trainer who will support trainees through the initial training and provide consistent guidance through the first self-service project. The knowledge base of Self-Service information is updated on a consistent basis to provide information after the initial training.
What are the training costs?
MRS includes the initial Training in the system setup and configuration. In our experience, the best way to train is for team members to become part of the MRS implementation team. We have had successful training programs in the past utilizing this model.
