The Agenium Platform allows for the exporting of different reports for each Case completed. They allow you to view and download specific data on each of these cases.
Note: Not every option is available to all users.

Case Detail Report
Case Detail Reports are used to analyze cases based on their status of completion or date produced.

To access the Case Detail Report, you must fill out the parameters in the search bar, as seen in Figure A.

- Run the report on on of the following dates:
- Application Received
- Application Completed
- Case Completed
- Select a specific case status(es)
- Choose a date or date range
Select Run Report to populate the report in the bottom portion of the page.
Select the Case Number to open a case in the existing tab or the Open in New Tab icon to open the case in a new browser tab.
Select individual columns to sort cases as desired.
The following columns are derived as described below:
App Received
When a case application was created by the system (e.g. straight through processing (STP) accounts) or when an application was started by an end-user (e.g. e-app accounts).
App Completed
When a case application was submitted either by the system (e.g. STP) or an end-user (e.g. e-apps).
Case Completed
When a case is done or cancelled.
Transmission Report
Transmission Reports are used to show details about transmission and if there were any errors during that process.

To access the Transmission Report, you must fill out the parameters in the search bar, as seen in Figure B.

Once you click Show Report, the bottom portion will populate with cases that fit these parameters. You can then scroll horizontally to show more about the Case or click on the MRS Order ID on the far left to expand a specific one. Each of the Case Parameters (Account Version, Certificate #, etc.) can be clicked to sort the list of Cases.
Billing Report
Billing Reports allow you to see the billing status of each of the cases. From here you can change the billing status of the case and see if it has been completed.

To access the Billing Report, you must fill out the parameters in the search bar, as seen in Figure C.

- The Order State
Once you click Show Report, the bottom portion will populate with cases that fit these parameters. You can then scroll horizontally to show more about the Case.
You can also click on the Billable button to set the status of each case. Once the cased has been processed and billed, the Case Billed section will populate.
User Role Report
User Role Reports allow you to check the last time that specific users have accessed an account. It will give you their name, role last time accessed, and more.

To access the User Role Report, you must fill out the parameters in the search bar, as seen in Figure D.

Call Detail Report
The Call Detail Report allows you to view metadata about calls that were made from the call center. Things like agent name, time, and call duration are all available to view.

To access the Call Detail Report, you must fill out the parameters in the search bar, as seen in Figure E.

Once you click Show Report, the bottom portion will populate with cases that fit these parameters. You can then scroll horizontally to show more about the Case or click on the Case Number on the far left to expand a specific one.
Downloading Reports
All of the different reports can be downloaded as a CSV format and opened in applications like Mircosoft Excel.
Once the Report parameters are filled out and Show Report is clicked, the Download Button will appear next to it. Click this and it will download the CSV file of all the reports you searched for.
